FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes with adequate advanced notice and deposit. This will ensure booking and time to ensure passport or other items are acquired as necessary.
How many pictures will we receive?
For our regular sessions it will specify how many pictures you will receive.
With our weddings it is harder to put a definite number but for 8 hours of covereage we try to provide with at least 400+ images.
How long until we get our photos?
For normal photo sessions up to two weeks. For Weddings a maximum of 8 weeks. All photos can be downloaded from your gallery, shared, pick your favorites or even order prints.
( Many times photos are done sooner depending on the time and season of your session )
Will there be a second shooter?
All pricing is currently for a single shooter. A second shooter can be accompanied per a clients request with a premium added to the current cost.
What kind of gear do you use?
I am strictly a Nikon shooter. Depending on the shoot and person switching from a DSLR D5600 to a Mirrorless Z7II. This gives a diversity for sports, weddings, landscape photos as well as video shoots as needed.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you can order prints if you like through us, or you can acquire the digital prints and rights to print them anywhere you like. If printing elsewhere please be cautious of color matching when printing.
Do you provide RAW images?
No we do not, in most best practices, photographers do not deliver RAW images, only JPG. All images are of the photographer best artistic effort. No images are guaranteed, yet we strive to provide your vision as best as possible.
What is a retainer vs deposit?
The retainer fee is for our company to reserve a specific time and spot for you. We will not book anyone else in that time. Once your session is complete that fee may be applied to your session. If there is a no-show, that fee is retained to cover the cost and time of the photographer(s).
